Christian Combs, the youngest son of Diddy, was recently served with legal documents at his father’s Miami waterfront mansion. The lawsuit, filed by Grace O’Marcaigh, accuses Christian, 26, of assault, battery, sexual assault, and intentional infliction of emotional distress. In Touch reported that the legal papers were delivered while Diddy, 55, was incarcerated on unrelated charges.
According on Monday (December 2), King (real name Christian Combs) was served at his father’s Miami mansion for a rape alleged to have occurred during a “hedonistic” yacht party in 2022. The lawsuit was filed by Grace O’Marcaigh in April, using the same lawyer who represents producer Lil Rod in a similar suit filed against Diddy in February. King Combs is accused of assault, battery, sexual assault and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
Ms. O'Marcaigh reports that she has been employed as a flight attendant in the yachting industry since 2018 and intends to pursue this as a long-term career. Combs has since ruined her plans. According to her suit, Combs joined his father on a yacht he’d chartered, where O’Marcaigh was working. While she says it was “sold as a wholesome family excursion,” it turned into “a hedonistic environment” with tons of people she believes were sex workers. “It resulted in an unexpected increase in workload for her and her colleagues as well as unwanted exposure to unlawful drug use, sex work, and general chaos,” the suit read.
At the time of the filing in April, both King Combs and Diddy’s lawyer Aaron Dyer responded with a statement that focused largely on the alleged victim’s lawyer: “This is just another lewd and meritless claim from Tyrone Blackburn — just like what he filed in the Rodney Jones lawsuit, which he still has not served. This complaint is filled with the same kind of manufactured lies and irrelevant facts we’ve come to expect from Blackburn. This is exactly why the federal judge in New York slapped him two days ago for a ‘pattern of behavior’ in ‘improperly [filing] cases in federal court to garner media attention, embarrass defendants with salacious allegations, and pressure defendants to settle quickly,’ and why he was referred to the disciplinary committee in the Southern District of New York. We will be filing a motion to dismiss this outrageous claim.”
So that's Christian"King” Combs.
Justin Combs, has also become notorious for throwing some wild parties of his own out in Los Angeles. Justin Combs has developed a reputation for not only throwing some crazy jamborees, but it’s gotten to the point that the 30-year-old has been “banned” from renting homes in LA to throw his now infamous soirees. We’re low-key surprised Diddy’s son is still partying like its 1999 while his father is sitting in a prison cell like it was 1999. Apparently the parties that Justin has become known to throw have left many homes in shambles, and their owners have had enough of his irresponsible guests who couldn’t care less about property that isn’t theirs.
Per Page Six: “The company that I work with rented houses to Justin. He would say, ‘I’m having 20 people over.’ But there would be 200 and then they would wreck the house,” a Southern California mansion broker alleged. It’s gotten to the point where nobody will rent to him. He called me to rent, and I said no,” he added. The source did not provide exact details about how Justin, 30, allegedly mistreated properties.
Now, Janice Combs’, Diddys mother (or his aunt, whatever you wanna believe) and son Justin, allegedly want to take over his $400 million fortune. “Janice thinks she’s the best person to step in,” the source alleged. “But Diddy’s son is just as determined to take the reins. It’s become a full-on showdown, and tensions are skyrocketing!” The insider added that the situation with Diddy’s money is “like a real-life Godfather situation!”
However, he allegedly faces substantial legal expenses. In September 2024, the music industry executive listed his $61.5 million Beverly Hills estate for sale; he had acquired the property in 2014 for $40 million.
“Defending him against these serious charges is a huge undertaking, and it’s gotten very expensive,” a source told In Touch Weekly. “He will hate to part with it, but he has no other choice.”
“I wanted to be very, very rich, right away,” Diddy once said. He ultimately accomplished what he set out to do (and reached an estimated net worth of around $1 billion). That net worth has declined sharply since his arrest.
