Anna Kane was the 17 year-old who has accused Diddy and gang raped in the studio. Anna Kane is ex-wife of NHL star Evandar Kane.
A woman who says Sean "Diddy" Combs and others gang-raped her in a recording studio, when she was a minor, was hoping to stay anonymous as the legal process played out. Unfortunately, that did not happen. In an amended complaint filed in Federal District Court in Manhattan on Friday, Dec. 6. The U.S. District Judge Jessica G. L. Clarke ruled that she had reveal her name in order to continue her lawsuit against the mogul. It has since been revealed Jane Doe is Anna Kane, the ex-wife of the Edmonton Oilers, NHL star Evander Kane.
“I had hoped to use a pseudonym in pursuing justice for what happened to me as a teenager," Anna said in a statement to multiple outlets, in a conference. "Defendants’ demand that I use my name was an attempt to intimidate me, but I am not intimidated. I am prepared to proceed and hold accountable those who have harmed me." According to legal documents. Kane says Diddy and others gave her drugs and alcohol before forcibly having sex when she was still in high school at the age of 17. (SOUND FAMILIAR) She claims to be a victim of sex trafficking by Diddy as well.
Evander and Anna got divorced in 2021. After Anna accused Evander of domestic violence and sexual aassault. Also, alleging Evander had thrown NHL games he had played in after betting on them. Evander admitted to having a gambling addiction but the NHL found no evidence he had bet on games. The pair had a very troubling relationship from the beginning. In 2019, she gave birth prematurely, and the baby was lost at 26 weeks. In 2020 she had a daughter with Evander. But when they parted ways later in the year, Evander got custody of their daughter. The judge ordered Anna to get a mental evaluation and granted her supervised visitations with her daughter.
The quiet suffering from her teenage years were clearly taking their toll on the young mom. Who was suffering with mental illnesses. Clearly. Soon after the split, that's when Anna emerged with her accusations of being in a domestic relationship with the NHL. Although, they had some truth to them, it seemed like she was trying to get back at him.
Kane is also suing former Bad Boy CEO Harve Pierre and a third unknown associate for sex trafficking and gang rape, when she was 17 years old. In December 2023. One month after Cassie filed her own bombshell sexual abuse and sex trafficking lawsuit against Combs. Diddy, 54, has denied both allegations and reached a settlement the next day with Ventura.
In the filing, Kane claims that Pierre approached her at a Detroit-area lounge in Michigan and convinced her to take a private jet with him and a third assailant to Teterboro, NJ. Before leaving the lounge, Pierre allegedly took her into the bathroom, where he smoked crack from an aluminum can. Then forced her to perform oral sex on him, the suit claims. The high schooler, who lived in the Detroit area, then left on a private jet from Pontiac, Michigan, with Pierre and a third person, not named in the suit, before arriving at Teterboro Airport. Once she arrived at Daddy's House Recording Studio in Manhattan. One of the companies that I mentioned in the previous substack. Tony Buzbee is going after Sean Combs. Kane alleges she was given drugs and alcohol before being "viciously gang raped. One after the other," the lawsuit claims. Things took a turn when she allegedly began to slip in and out of consciousness. The night was “a blur” for Kane, but she remembers that the men hit on her “incessantly,” touching her body and asking to see her “ass” and telling her how “hot” and “sexy” she was. Kane claims the three men took turns raping her in the bathroom while she pleaded for them to stop. Eventually, she claims that she blacked out, later waking up on the floor in the fetal position and experiencing vaginal pain.
She recounted specifics about the encounter in the suit. Including claiming that Combs raped her from behind in the bathroom and told her he couldn’t “get off” unless she squeezed his nipples as hard as she could. Misha also backs up this specific claim about diddy's nipples in her interviews. After she “regained her bearings,” the lawsuit claims Kane was taken back to an airport and flown to Michigan.
Combs denied Kane's allegations in a statement to multiple outlets shortly after the lawsuit was filed last year. “ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! For the last couple of weeks, I have sat silently and watched people try to assassinate my character, destroy my reputation and my legacy. Sickening allegations have been made against me by individuals looking for a quick payday. Let me be absolutely clear: I did not do any of the awful things being alleged. I will fight for my name, my family and for the truth.” Diddy took to many platforms to spread his “truth” in 2023.
“As alleged in the complaint, Defendants preyed on a vulnerable high school teenager as part of a sex trafficking scheme that involved plying her with drugs and alcohol and transporting her by private jet to New York City where she was gang raped by the three individual defendants at Mr. Combs’ studio," Kane's lawyer, Douglas H. Wigdor said in a statement in December 2023. "The depravity of these abhorrent acts has, not surprisingly, scarred our client for life.”
This all sounds eerily similar to R.Kelly. He would also pick up underage girls! Mainly from broken homes. That why he could control them a lot easier. And it sounds like diddy was doing the same thing. They did work together at the same record company and run with the same crew. Birds of a feather. It's a learned behavior. These same heinous acts were probably done on diddy himself. And most likely by clive davis. He was the one who gave diddy money to start bad boy records after all…..
"Ms. Kane has lived with her memories of this fateful night for 20 years, during which time she has suffered extreme emotional distress that has impacted nearly every aspect of her life and personal relationships," the amended suit read. "Given the brave women who have come forward against Ms. Combs and Mr. Pierre in recent weeks, Ms. Kane is doing the same."
This comes as no surprise. Last month, Judge Mary Kay Vyskocil ordered accuser Candice McCrary to use her real name after she sued Combs for allegedly forcing himself on her after meeting him at a photo shoot in 2004. Other civil cases are still being reviewed as different judges weigh their own decisions.
And now with this new lawsuit against Jay-Z. He is also trying to force the thirteen year old jane doe victim into releasing her name. Tony Buzbee isn't having any of it!
“What he fails to say in his recent statement is my firm sent his lawyer a demand letter on behalf of an alleged victim and that victim never demanded a penny from him,” Buzbee continued his post. “Instead, she only sought a confidential mediation. Since I sent the letter on her behalf, Mr. Carter has not only sued me, but he has tried to bully and harass me and this plaintiff. His conduct has had the opposite impact. She is emboldened. I’m very proud of her resolve,” he added.
Jay-Z has been named as a co-defendant in a lawsuit accusing him and Sean “Diddy” Combs of raping a 13-year-old girl more than 20 years ago at an awards show afterparty. Jay-Z adamantly denied the rape allegation. Calling it an “idiotic” attempt at blackmail and claiming he has never sexually assaulted anyone. Carter’s team requested for an expedited hearing on the matter. It also sought to have the entire case dismissed on the grounds of a jurisdiction dispute. And in another bid to ensure a favorable outcome, Carter’s team requested to put the case before U.S. District Judge Jessica G. L. Clarke. SAME judge who ruled that Kane must use her real name to proceed with her lawsuit!!
The current presiding Judge Analisa Torres has not yet ruled if she will grant Carter’s request for an expedited hearing. Last month, she granted a Jane Does request to proceed with her lawsuit under a pseudonym but noted that the court could reverse the decision.
Ultimately it up to the judges if the alleged victims can proceed anonymously. Not all cases will be with the same Judge.
This also isn't the first time that he has gone after someone legally. Jay-Z and Beyoncé's lawyers contacted Piers Morgan to apologize for false claims Jaguar Wright had said. They claimed it had no basis in fact. But the fire was set. Oct. 8, the talk show host said, “Editing interviews is not something we do lightly at a show called Uncensored but like the proverbial cries of fire in a crowded theater, there are legal limits on us, too,” he continued. “And we apologize to JAY-Z and Beyoncé.”
Isn't it ironic that Jay says he will not be intimidated or coerced and that is the exact thing he did to Morgan for having Jaguar on his show. ALL SHE DID was speak HER TRUTH?! How do you have a show called Uncensored. Then try and censor you guest. Morgan has since re-edit the show without her comments. Which is totally bullshit. A slap in the face to Jaguar. Who is also a victim of Jay-Z.
“Jaguar, unexpectedly, made several serious allegations about JAY-Z and Beyoncé during that interview,” Morgan said during his introduction on his show. “As I said in the moment, they were not present to respond or defend themselves, but now they have. Their lawyers contacted us to say that those claims were ‘totally false’ and have no basis in fact, and we’ve therefore complied with a legal request to cut them from the original interview.”
And people wonder why these victims of these high profile celebrities haven't come forward sooner? When Jay Z can intimidate a world renowned journalist into retracting his statements. What makes us think HE wouldn't be able to do that to regular people like you and me?
Him or Diddy. People are so quick to accuse victims. Shame them for not coming out sooner. Then dont believe them when they do. Or when they finally have the courage because so many other have! These people believe, because of the power they hold, they are God.
And I, for one, can't wait for the house of cards to fall.
