Kristina Khorram. Manipulator in chief.
If anybody is gatekeeper, Kristina would know everything
Khristina Khorum may not be a name that rings a bell, but her influence over the years in Sean Combs' life is undeniable. Khorum played an integral role as his right-hand woman, especially during the turbulent times highlighted in the recent premiere of "The Fall of Diddy" on Maxx.
In April, Khorum's social media profiles—now mysteriously wiped from existence—revealed that she joined Bad Boy Entertainment in 2013. She quickly rose to become Combs' day-to-day manager, overseeing not just his professional agenda but likely every facet of his life. It’s safe to say that few people knew Sean Combs as intimately as she did. From there, she became the director of the office for Bad Boy and eventually earned the title of Diddy’s chief of staff in 2020.
What’s startling is the context in which Khorum operated—during a time when Combs faced serious allegations, including a racketeering conspiracy. While some within his circle, like Khorum, have been implicated in covering up significant crimes, including disturbing accusations of sex trafficking, she has managed to stay clear of criminal charges. However, she is named in a civil lawsuit filed by a record producer, and the details surrounding those allegations are as shocking as they are concerning.

U.S. Attorney Damian Williams has made it clear that Combs didn’t act alone in his alleged misdeeds; he had a team. According to the indictment, Combs utilized a network of employees—high-ranking supervisors, personal assistants, and even household staff—to facilitate a range of illicit activities, including setting up hotel rooms stocked with unsettling supplies for questionable encounters. They were reportedly responsible for everything from booking rooms to ensuring they were cleaned up afterward, alongside ferrying cash for commercial sex workers.
The allegations also touch upon the troubling case of Cassie Ventura, highlighting a history of violence. While we can’t definitively say Khristina Khorum was involved in those darker moments, her proximity to Combs as his "right-hand man" makes her presence at many of these events highly likely.
Legal experts like former federal prosecutor Nima Romani have weighed in on Khorum’s precarious situation. "KHORUM is in a lot of trouble,” Romani stated, pointing to her potential exposure to civil lawsuits. Allegations are swirling that she was not just a bystander but a key player, allegedly supplying drugs to both Combs and sexual partners and making arrangements for their travel. In Romani's experience, individuals close to a figure like Combs could be invaluable sources of information. If he were under investigation, Khorum would be someone they’d want to talk to.

As of now, Khorum isn't facing any criminal charges, and it remains unclear if investigators are looking into her. The fact remains: she was a pivotal force in Combs' world, even noted in his past social media posts where he praised her as indispensable to both his business and personal life.
"Meet Kristina Khorum, Chief of Staff at Combs Enterprises. KK keeps everything running smoothly in my world, and I don’t know what I’d do without her," Combs once wrote. In another heartfelt message, he celebrated her birthday, declaring, “Happy birthday to my ace boon coon! You make sure I smile every day.”
Now, Kristina Khorram, the former chief of staff of his Combs Enterprises (now known as Combs Global), is speaking out.
“For months, horrific accusations have been made about me in various lawsuits regarding my former boss,” Khorram said in a statement obtained by CNN. “These false allegations of my involvement are causing irreparable and incalculable damage to my reputation and the emotional well-being of myself and my family. I have never condoned or aided and abetted the sexual assault of anyone. Nor have I ever drugged anyone,” Khorram continued. “The idea that I could be accused of playing a role in – or even being a bystander to – the rape of anyone is beyond upsetting, disturbing, and unthinkable. That is not who I am, and my heart goes out to all victims of sexual assault. I am confident that the allegations against me will be proven to be untrue,” Khorram added.
Interestingly, all of Khorum’s social media accounts have been silent for months now. While she and other Combs associates haven’t been criminally charged, her name continues to surface amid swirling controversies, particularly in the civil suit brought forth by producer Rodney Little Rod. Khorram has been named as a defendant in three civil complaints against Combs. The narrative surrounding her is far from over; as more unfolds, all eyes will be watching.
