Jay-Z accused in a civil lawsuit of raping a 13-year-old girl in 2000 along with Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs after the 2000 VMAS
Jaguar Wright must be singing from the rooftops tonight. Things are getting spicy. Jay-Z has responded to being accused of sexually assaulting a child along with disgraced musician and rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs.
The accusations came in a lawsuit on Sunday and since then all hell has broke loose. You’ve been warned! The lawsuit was originally filed in October with Combs as the defendant, according to an NBC News report, and was refilled on Sunday to include Shawn Carter (Jay-Z). The accuser remains anonymous and is identified as Jane Doe in the lawsuit. She claims that when she was 13-years-old, she was raped in 2000 by both Combs and Carter. While another celebrity watched! This all took place at a house party after the MTV Video Music Awards in New York City. But was it all before they made their stop at Lotus nightclub?

As well as many other celebrities including Britney Spears, Justin Timberlake and Jay-z. Many parties were thrown that night. Tommy Matola and Clive Davis among a few. So much so that he was banned from his own Electric Room nightclub, according to a former club doorkeeper. Vikram’s handlers couldn’t always reel him in. The 2000 VMAs is best remembered for Tim Commerford of Rage Against the Machine climbing a piece of set scaffolding and refusing to come down after his band lost the award for Best Rock Video to Limp Bizkit. Rightfully so. Limp Bizkit was terrible. And Fred Drust seemed like your creepy uncle who stared at you. With eyes that lingered a little too long. Commerford, who was later arrested and forced to spend the rest of the night in jail. Janet Jackson opened the show with her hit "Doesn't Really Matter". Fred Durst later joined Christina Aguilera onstage as a surprise guest during her performance of "Come On Over Baby (All I Want Is You)".

But the night would soon turn EXTREMELY dark for a young 13- year-old-girl. Attending the VMAs was bucket list dream of hers. Not being able to get in because she didn't have a ticket. She was able to watch from outside on a huge jumbotron. Being brave and fearless, she walked over to limo drivers in hopes she could attend an afterparty. I'm sure everyone is thinking, “Where were her parents?” Well a friend had dropped her off at Radio City. And she LIED to her Dad about where she was going.
According to the amended lawsuit that was filed. These very heinous acts that were inflicted on her. Has left her scared for life and withdrawn from society. She has been traumatized beyond repair. She suffers from panic attacks and a seizure disorder because of all the trauma.

She says she saw 'many' celebrities at the house, and that there was 'widespread' cocaine and marijuana use. Attempting to talk to numerous celebrities, the Plaintiff accepted a drink from one of the waitresses circulating the crowd. A drink that was reddish-yellow mixture that tasted like orange juice. Then felt 'woozy'. The drink was most like laced with GHB.

Looking for a place to rest, Jane Doe entered what she thought was an empty bedroom. She needed to lie down for a moment. She did not lock the door. This room contained only a large bed with no furniture of any other kind. No tv or other furnishings. Soon after, Combs entered the room, along with defendant Carter and a female. The ORIGINAL 19-page legal document reads. (it is now 21) 'Soon after, Combs, along with Jay-Z and a female celebrity, entered the room. Combs aggressively approached the Plaintiff with a crazed look in his eyes, grabbed her, and said, 'You are ready to party!''
This is not the first time someone has mentioned the CRAZED look in his eyes. Andria English, a regular White Party worker, mentioned the same thing. “He's demonic. He steals part of our soul for lucifer.”
Diddy then threw her towards a wall and then towards Jay-Z. Who then removed her clothes as she grew more and more disoriented. The lawsuit says the victim eventually escaped the after party venue. She ran out of the bedroom, holding her dress in front of her like a towel. She ran around the residence until she found the front door and was able to leave the party. Although there were other guests still at the party. No one appeared to take notice of the Plaintiff’s distress or attempted to help her. Once outside, the Plaintiff put her clothes back on and left the scene in the dark. She attempted to retrace the route taken by the limo driver. She kept running until she reached a gas station she noticed on the way to the party. A female clerk noticed her. The clerk let her call her father who picked her up to take her home around dawn. After the assault, the Plaintiff fell into a deep depression that continues to affect every facet of her life, the lawsuit reads. The lawsuit is filed under New York’s Victims of Gender-Motivated Violence Protection Act, and the accuser is reportedly seeking unspecified damages.
Buzzbee is also going after Combs Corporation. Stating Each of the Combs Corporations aided and abetted Combs in committing the unlawful sexual violence against the Plaintiffs. The lawsuit states the corporations are alter egos for Combs. That these alter egos are dominated by him and used for his personal interests and to engage in wrongdoing. Which harmed Plaintiff and others, and/or served or have served as vehicles for Combs to move, dispose of, and/or insulate his assets. Including in connection with his criminal activities and to avoid compensating the victims of his many crimes. Combs Businesses routinely committed sexual assault and gender-motivated violence. As detailed in other civil lawsuits. To further the business purpose of Combs’ enterprise. Given Combs’ long-standing pattern and practice of committing sexual violence against women; the Combs Business had and/or should have had knowledge of Combs using such parties and venues for this unlawful conduct. It did nothing to stop it.
That did stop Jay-Z from calling the allegations "idiotic" in a lengthy statement Sunday evening (12/8) and alleged that Buzbee was engaged in unprofessional behavior.
"These allegations are so heinous in nature that I implore you to file a criminal complaint, not a civil one!! Whomever would commit such a crime against a minor should be locked away, would you not agree?" Carter said in a statement to NBC News. "These alleged victims would deserve real justice if that were the case."
Tony Buzbee shot back. “Regarding the Jay Z case and his efforts to silence my clients: Mr. Carter previously denied being the one who sued me and my firm. He filed his frivolous case under a pseudonym. What he fails to say in his recent statement is my firm sent his lawyer a demand letter on behalf of an alleged victim and that victim never demanded a penny from him. Instead, she only sought a confidential mediation. Since I sent the letter on her behalf. Mr. Carter has not only sued me, but he has tried to bully and harass me and this plaintiff. His conduct has had the opposite impact. She is emboldened. I’m very proud of her resolve. As far as the allegations in the complaint filed, we will let the filing speak for itself and will litigate the facts in court, not in the media.”
Jay-z and Beyonce also filed a suit against Piers Morgan. When Jaguar Wright appeared on his show. Calling both Jayz and Beyonce “A Nasty Little couple!” Wright also claimed on the show that she had been "screaming" that "Diddy and Jay-Z are monsters" for four years. Morgan said that he had been contacted by the couple's lawyers, who said the claims were "totally false and have no basis in fact.” Morgan edited Wright's allegations out of the show and offered a direct apology. Wright made the claims, but only Morgan was contacted.
DIDDY AND JAY Z are no strangers in their engagement with minors. So how DIFFERENT are you Jay-Z? Jay-Z was rumored to be after Aayliah. His long time partner, Dame Dash revealed in an interview. They both were after her. He also got with Beyonce when she was 18 or 19. Jag also claims Jay-Z is the worst of them all. Jag has been shouting about the Carters for some time now. Jaguar Wright used to be a backup singer of Jay-Z and claims he also sexually assaulted her. As well as physically. She also claims that she knows three more victims of Jay-Z' AND Beyonces, who were minors at the time.

The album debuted at number 1 on the Billboard 200, with 557,789 copies sold in its first week. Though the album was originally labeled as a Roc-A-Fella Records compilation album. The album was to showcase NEW Roc-A-Fella artists. Such as Memphis Bleek, Beanie Sigel, Amil, and Freeway. (Whom Cassidy says Jay-Z sabotaged) The Dynasty was eventually marketed as Jay-Z 5th solo album. The production was handled primarily by Just Blaze, Kanye West, Bink!, and the Neptunes.
Rapper Meek Mill, who can’t keep his mouth closed, also posted on X. Just mere hours after NBC News first reported the lawsuit. “The goal is to start false narrative to create a matrix web,” he wrote in the post. “If you can control the story line you can control the matrix …. American media is totally unbelievable! I see “Jayz is **** a 13 year old girl 300 times scrolling it’s called programming.” Fans were NOT happy. And quick to point out his on going ties to Diddy. Also, wishing the rapper would STFU. 50 cent even took to IG to troll Jay-Z. 50 and Sean Carter have never been a fans of each other.
